Below are the booking calendars for department space, spaces can be booked by members of the department only. Spaces include the Linguistics Lounge (SS4065), Multi-Purpose Room (SS568), Henry Rogers Glass Room (SS4069), Sessional Office (SS4086), Psychology Classroom (SS560A, Fridays only).
If you would like to book a room, please contact our office at linguistics.finance@utoronto.ca or undergrad.linguistics@utoronto.ca. To be certain we can find a room for you, please contact us with at least 2 buisness days notice.

Multi-Purpose Room - SS568
The multi-purpose room is used only by department members, booking requests can be made by emailing linguistics.finance@utoronto.ca or undergrad.linguistics@utoronto.ca.
Linguistics graduate students may book directly, for instructions on how to do so and self-booking policy, please reach out to the LGCU.

Robarts has a family study space available to students, faculty, visiting scholars and Staff who bring their children under 12 to the library. Registration for fob access is required. (https://onesearch.library.utoronto.ca/family-study-space-robarts)

This app allows you to see open spaces available on campus, designed to help students find spaces to take online meetings or attend synchronous online classes. For bookings related to a course please contact undergrad.linguistics@utoronto.ca (undergraduate) or lingusitics@utoronto.ca (Graduate). Please let us know how many people will be attending, any AV/furniture needs, and if any food will be consumed.
