English-language proficiency minimum standards are set by the School of Graduate Studies.  They publish their minimum standards and a set of exemption conditions on their website.  If you feel that you meet one of their exemption conditions, please contact the Graduate Administrator so that a note can be made on your application file.

Please note that we cannot waive the minimum English-language proficiency standards, and that the majority of our successful applicants have proficiency test scores that are well above the published minimum standards.
