Description

In this workshop, we will talk about how different breathing techniques can be a powerful tool to make us feel calmer in stressful times or help us re-energize when we are demotivated.

The workshop will cover both practice on these different techniques and a conversation on how our nervous system works and the role of breathing techniques in different moments of our lives.

Come as you are (everything will be done seated in a chair).
